Akiese in conjunction with Cash Out Entertainment would like to propose a marketing partnership with your venue. We have extensive experience in the area of marketing and promotions of adult entertainment venues in several markets and our recent relocation to the Dallas market has necessitated the move for us to find a “home”. What we propose is simple: Give us your worst night(s) of the week in terms of revenue / traffic, and let us turn that night into your best night. Our income comes in the form of 100% of the door and 10% of the bar tab for the evening. This would, of course, only be for the particular nights that we manage.

EXPERIENCE From recruiting bar staff to dancers, Akiese and COE’s responsibility for the nights that we managed was vast. We were responsible for forming relationships with the local radio stations and securing our own ad budget via local sponsors, and in addition we managed several calendar contest and amateur nights which reportedly brought the venue an additional 50% in revenue on those days. SKILLS
Akiese and COE currently manages multiple media campaigns for adult entertainment venues in Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Broward County FL. Our extensive media experience included both offline and online platforms such as search engine, email, affiliate, and online / offline television marketing. In addition, we assisted the venues in establishing relationships with publishers in vertical adult market. Our campaigns deliver results not only in the form of increased foot traffic and champaign room sales but also brand awareness for private party events such as birthday and executive parties. When a party is looking for an adult venue to attend, your club is the first place they will think of.

GUARANTEE
Due to the ramp up time required by some of the ad campaigns that we run, we are also requesting a 12 week guarantee (1 day a week). If at the end of 12 weeks if there is not a marked improvement in both your bar fees and back room fees, we will discontinue our marketing efforts and part ways. In anticipation of your agreement, we look forward to a long and prosperous relationship!
